Shipping Policy
Gendome Shipping Information:
We need 1 to 3 working days to process the order, and usually 7-10 days later you will receive your products. The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.
All our orders are shipping from the US CA warehouse.
Our main shipping service providers include FedEx.
During the busy Holiday season, processing times take longer than usual, and some delays are to be expected.
Gendome is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs duties, delays or loss due to natural disasters, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Ship to continental U.S. only.
Return & Repair Policy
1. Please contact support@gendome.com. for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.We won't accept any returned items without prior authorization and RMA.
2. Write all the information as the form below and must be included in the package
3. Ship the item(s) to Gendome with your RMA number included on the shipping label on the outside of the packaging. Do not write the RMA number on the carton box.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gendome.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 48660 Kato Road, Fremont CA 94538, United States.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty Period
Gendome Limited Warranty.
All Gendome products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty, including solar panels and other accessories.
This 2-year limited warranty is from the original date of purchase from an authorized reseller.
Warranty Statement
Gendome warrants that the product will be free from defects under normal use as per the product’s original specififications.
Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:
1. A purchased order number made through GENDOME offificial stores or authorized resellers.
2. Sales invoice or order confifirmation email or RMA# that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.
Please Note:
1.This warranty extends to the Americas Region for Gendome, including Canada, USA, Mexico, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Central America, and South America.
2.The warranty will be for the remaining time from the original date of sale, and the product must be in returned in reasonable packaging for transport by common carrier.
3.The Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to the nearest authorized Gendome Repair Center.
